Shipping Policy for Syunya Studio

We want to make sure your jewelry reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, and we’ll communicate the estimated timeframe at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Responsibility for Shipped Packages:

Syunya Studio cannot be responsible for packages once they have been shipped. In the rare event that a package is lost or goes missing, we cannot cover costs or provide refunds for lost parcels.
Once a package is handed over to the courier (e.g., DHL), responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. If you’d like extra insurance for high-value items, please contact us for a quote.

Customs, Duties & Returned Packages:

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
If a package is returned to us due to customs issues, it must be resent with postage paid by the customer. Refunds or cancellations will not be issued for returned parcels.
